Presbyter Vernon L. Fowler is an anointed man of God who
serves as the Senior Pastor of Christian House of Prayer
Europe and the Presbyter of Covenant Connections
International Europe.
As Senior Pastor, his mandate is to focus everything and
everybody upon Jesus Christ, by committing himself and the
ministry to pray about everything. He is fully persuaded that God
has called him according to Luke 4:18-19, “The Spirit of the Lord
is upon me, because He has anointed me to preach the gospel
to the poor, He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to
preach deliverance to the captives and recovering of sight to the
blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, and to preach the
acceptable year (coming) of the Lord.

Presbyter Fowler diligently teaches that ministry begins at home and endeavors to build and strengthen the “total
family.” He preaches a message of family unity, which leads to church unity, and that there is where the blessing
of God is.
Presbyter Fowler retired from the U.S. Army in 2004 with 23 years of military service. He served in a host of
assignments and leadership positions, which culminated as a First Sergeant. He completed an illustrious
military career as a highly decorated soldier, and continues to serve military members and their families.
Presbyter Fowler has been a devoted husband for over 20 years, a dedicated father of four, and a disciplined
under-shepherd with a servant’s heart. He serves with his beautiful wife and Executive Pastor, Tracy O. Fowler.
Pastor Tracy O. Fowler serves as the Executive Pastor and First Lady of CHOP-E. She is the submitted wife and
supportive mother of their four children. She is always looking for an opportunity to be a blessing to someone
whether in word or deed. As a minister, she feels God has called her as an example to women in the Body of
Christ who have been bound by tradition and robbed of their uniqueness.
Pastor Tracy is confident that she is called to the side of Pastor Fowler to support him both physically and
spiritually, according to Jeremiah 1:1-10, “Behold I have put my words in your mouth. See I have this day set you
over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to
plant.” She believes that through prayer, visions and dreams, God has called her as a minister to help
compliment her husband. Pastor Tracy is a highly respected, true woman of God.
